The following team building interventions are available:

The Great African Adventure

An exhilarating two day adventure in the wild which will energize, motivate and activate your team.

This adventurous team building is focus on fun and providing the team with entertainment. The great African adventure challenges the team's adventurous and risk taking spirit and is not for the faint hearted !

•  Whitewater rafting

•  Dirt track racing

The Soaring Eagle

This team building exercise will over the two days re-define the traditional views of vision and mission and in addition tackles the fundamental issues of values and the need to re-establish these again in our organizations and communities.

During structured fun games and intervention the group / team gain insight into team dynamics and to link learning back to the workplace and enhance understanding of ourselves as well as our colleagues.

This team building intervention takes team members away from their safe environment and structures to introduce them to a new environment and rules where team dynamics are challenged.

Turning the tide

This team building exercise will facilitate the team to develop the appropriate mind-set to reach their full potential and to develop their organization to become competitive and a place of excellence.

This is a more formal team building with structured interactive group exercises. Group is continually challenged with constraints within their work and sector environment.

Ethnic spirit

This team building exercise focus on cultural sensitivity. The team building interventions will stimulate mind set charges and will confront members with their own perceptions.

•  Ground games.

•  Construction and operation exercises.

The team will be removed from their normal environment and this team building exercise can be done over 1 day or 2 days.

African pizzazz

Fun Fun Fun in Africa.

This team building exercise is focused on unleashing the creative spirit within the group.

The team will be challenged with certain constraints and their creative spirit, skills are stimulated to get out and go !

This intervention can be done over a 2 day to 3 day period.

Please note that the cost per person include all accommodation and meals as well as training materials.

Minimum size of group is 8-12 persons.

The types of team building are as follows:

Fun Team Building

The focus is purely on fun and providing the team with entertainment. There are no review discussions and although the program may be rigid, participation is entirely up to the individual.

Informal Team Building

The focus is on fun. However, the activities are reviewed in order to gain insight into team dynamics and to link learning back to the workplace, resulting in a better understanding of ourselves as well as our colleagues. (discover through adventure).

Informal team building takes delegates away from their safety zones in the workplace and social environments to introduce them to a new environment where certain dynamics and interpersonal traits, usually hidden, will emerge.

Formal Team Building

Certain elements may be hindering the effectiveness of the team. However, every team member would have to accept that there is a problem and also have a genuine interest in resolving whatever is causing the conflict.

The team building activities would be selected and sequenced after ABM have held individual confidential interviews with each of the team delegates. Follow-up feedback sessions would ensue.
