CONSTRAINT MANAGEMENT FOR SENIOR AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT (TOC)
The management of constraints course enables management to deal effectively with market, growth and operational constraints by applying the 5 different thinking tree processes to identify, analyze and cause change so that they can finally put the company / organization on a steep improvement curve - the true process of ongoing improvement.
PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT TRAINING FOR THE SUPERVISOR
The supervisor will be facilitated and equipped to assess their current productivity levels, monitor performances, reduce waste and utilize resources effectively whilst implementing logical and simple action plans to overcome non conformances and constraints.
