Learnerships - A wonderful vehicle to use to achieve business excellence through successfull people development

Learnerships has been introduced in order to skill and train unskilled individuals in order for them to receive a qualification. By implementing a learnership program you can qualify for tax rebates per learner as well as grants from your SETA.

These learnerships are an extension of the old style apprenticeship system and offer a learner the opportunity to acquire practical skills in the workplace whilst simultaneously working towards a national recognized qualification.

A learnership is a completed National Qualifications Framework [NQF] qualification that combines practice and theory and is achieved under the banner of a formal agreement. The programme leads to a qualification of a minimum of 120 NQF credits.
